What you'll do
You will be working in the diverse team of the CS&D MEE management office.
Your tasks will include:
- Support Executive Assistance and Executive Communications to the Head of CS&D MEE
- Preparation of communications, presentations, employee meetings
- Digital media and layout design for web, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Support in the development of strategic rollout plans
- Planning and coordination of continuous cadences for internal meetings/events
- Data collection, analysis, and interpretation to estimate target group response
Together with the executive leadership, our team defines and sharpens the strategic direction for the business. We do this by driving impactful communications and transformation programs across the organization to bring strategy to execution. We offer a unique working environment. What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially strong Power Point Skills
- High quality orientation and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, proactive & motivated Team Player
- Very good knowledge of English and German (spoken & written)
- High self-motivation and constant willingness to learn
- Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams
Meet your team
Our core team assists the Head of Customer Services & Delivery, MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) in managing the communication, customer activities, and transformational programs within the organization. These include the Program Management and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the optimization and delivery of Executive and regional communications for MEE.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
