Your responsibilities

  • Support the SAP SuccessFactors admins in the modules Employee Central, Time Management and People Analytics in their daily tasks.
  • Actively engage with our internal customers through our ticketing tool in order to ensure a high service quality.
  • Support implementing change requests
  • Participate in implementation projects
  • Participate and actively support the release management process
  • Close collaboration with different stakeholder groups such as colleagues from Human Resources, employees, line managers, admins and the global team in Japan
  • Have access to the SAP portals in order to engage with other SAP customers and to stay up to date regarding the latest technological enhancements

Your skills

  • Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other human resources information systems is preferrable
  • Experience working as an admin in any SAP software is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management, organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset for identifying issues, proposing solutions, and following through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiasm to learn for learning about SAP SuccessFactors and staying updated on technological advancements through SAP portals and training resources
