Job Description
- As part of your assignment, you will carry out a literature review on the potential use of causal AI in electronics manufacturing.
- You will review process data sets and identify dependencies and redundancies.
- In addition, you will be in charge of the implementation of the model training and validation based on the dataset.
- Finally, you will identify the main factors influencing the reliability of electronic components.
Qualifications
- Education: Master studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: in Causal AI models, Python and MATLAB
- Personality and Working Practice: you are an independent, enthusiastic, trustworthy and meticulous person
- Languages: very good in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
