Working Student - Investment Planning and Controlling (m/f/d)

Based in Munich, Stuttgart, Paris, New York City and Singapore, PIMCO Prime’s Investment Planning and Controlling (IPC) team is part of the Finance department and in charge of managing property companies, real estate funds, JVs and intermediate holding vehicles. Core functions involve the monitoring and reporting of investment performance, the calculation of market values and the preparation of financial planning. Next to analysis, reporting, controlling and investment planning the team focuses on automation and digitalization of core processes.

For the team based in Munich we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for 15 to 20 hours per week. Next to managing a EUR 10bn+ real estate Indirect portfolio, the Munich based team actively drives change and creation of a global reporting platform by outsourcing, automation and implementation of new tools.

What you will do:

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our DMS (Document Management System) and investment legal entity data repository and contact management tool.
• Prepare and validate data uploads for respective systems and tools.
• Definition of procedures to improve data migration, collection and quality.
• Support management and administration of our investment companies / special purpose vehicles
• Propose innovative ideas for improving automation and data management.

What you bring

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) in business administration, economics, commercial law, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Affinity for IT and digital tools.
• Passion for data management, analysis, and investment structures.
• Solution-oriented with a positive mindset and proactive in sharing new ideas.
• Proficient in spoken and written English at a negotiation level.
