Essential Job Functions

• Support the department in day-to-day business
• Assistance in Workshops for Change Management and Continuous Improvement (Preparation, Execution, Sustainment)
• Assistance in setup for processes in People Development for the site (Preparation, Execution)                                                                                                                
• Creation of documents, reports, excel spreadsheets and presentations
• Translation from English to German and vice versa                                                                                                                                            

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required                                           

• Students of a technical, economic, or psychological course or comparable                  
• Interest in Continuous Improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma
• MS Office user knowledge
• Fluent English and German skills both written and spoken
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Reliable, self-responsible and structured work
• Good communication and team skills
