To help you gain exposure and jump-start your HR career, you will:

• Support our HR team in all aspects of HR: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Development, Reward, Engagement
• Support our employees as one of the first-line HR Support - answering various HR-related questions and providing administrative support
• Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding process, as well as in the creation of relevant documents (references, contracts, etc.)

What you bring with you

• You are an enrolled student majoring in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience in the field of HR
• You are confident in using the current MS Office tools
• You are characterized by your ability to work independently and your high level of motivation
• You have strong communication skills
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You are able to work from our offices in Freiham
• You are looking for an internship between 3-6 months - part-time or full-time
