• Be a member of the European HR Business Partner team for Henkel Consumer Brands
• Support the HR Business Partners in daily work around key topics including annual performance and potential discussions, preparation of strategic meetings etc.
• Contribute to our business and collaborate with colleagues around Europe
• Take guided ownership for own projects
• Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data using SAP and other data sources to support strategic decision-making

• Student who passed first semesters of bachelor or master studies in business/economics, psychology or similar disciplines
• Practical experience e.g. by former internships, especially in HR, is beneficial
• Proven communication skills in English and German
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Open-minded personality with the ability to learn fast
• Availability as of March 2025 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
