The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden Abbott GmbH location in the division ADC.
What You’ll Do
Support sales forecasting, including preparation and consolidation of weekly sales forecasts. Identify performance trends and report findings to finance and commercial stakeholders.
Assist in the review and analysis of monthly financial results (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow). Collaborate with the area FP&A team to identify performance drivers and present findings.
Support financial quarterly and yearly budget cycles.
Identify and implement opportunities for automating financial, demand, and commercial reporting. Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to develop and improve data analytics tools.
Review APOC EMEA customer performance.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
Your Qualifications
Enrolled student with background in accounting / Financial management / controlling.
Strong academic records
MS Office knowledge (incl. advanced command of Excel and processing large data sets), Power BI is an advantage
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Creative, flexible, open, eager to learn
Willing to challenge the status quo and to engage with stakeholders outside of finance area
Team-player
Able to work on multiple projects, assignments and meet deadlines
Hands-on mentality, customer-oriented mindset
Organized, detail oriented and accurate
Open to learn about the Healthcare industry and grow within an international organization
