Hannover: Mandatory Intern Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation (m/f/d)

As an Intern Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, you will support the Marketing Team from the very beginning. You will help and assist with email marketing, lead generation and marketing automation. In doing so, your ultimate ambition is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and improve the customer experience across digital channels.

Your tasks:

• Assist in the creation, testing and execution of manual and automated email marketing campaigns
• Report on email marketing and marketing automation activities
• Research target group specific trends and derive actionable recommendations
• Assist in the maintenance and development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 

Your profile:

• You are a student in the field of marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable course of study
• It would be great if you understood how to use email marketing tools, including analytics tools to track email marketing campaigns, user engagement, and campaign success
• Your passion is Digital Marketing and Communication - here you show a high level of self-initiative
• Initial work experience in CRM or digital marketing would also be great
• You have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments such as eCommerce
• You are interested in remote and virtual team structures
• You have strong communication skills within an international team setting
• You should have excellent spoken and written skills in English, as we are an internationally operating company and have employees from all regions of the world
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office
• If you have previous experience with HubSpot, Figma, Trello, Asana, and Google Analytics, that would be great - but it's not a requirement
