Your Tasks - What You can expect as Working Student (f/m/d) Global HR?

• You support in our Performance Management Process and mainly work with our Performance Management System (preparing and conducting tests, reporting, translations as well as system and template checks).
• You maintain our Learning Management System as well as our provider landscape to research and develop learning paths and you take care of reporting and support administration.
• You manage Learning & Development activities, focusing on e-learning and compliance trainings, create reports and analyze data to support tracking activities.
• You assist in organizing Global Program events virtually/hybrid/in person and you support the Global HR team in talent and participant communication and relationship management.
• You manage the internal 360 degree assessment process.
  

Your Profile - What do You bring as Working Student (f/m/d) Global HR?

• You are studying business administration, psychology, education, or a closely related field.
• You are available for at least 12 months part-time (up to 20 hours/week) and you like to work in a global team.
• You have a strong IT affinity and curiosity to work with software solutions, experience with Storyline and/or SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an advantage.
