What will you do

Labour Law

• Support in the preparation and review of labour law documents
• Research on current labour law issues
• Research on current legal developments
• Participation in court hearings
• Administrative tasks in everyday office life

Global Mobility

• Support in the creation of individual secondment conditions
• Organisation of training sessions with external service providers
• Support in the creation of secondment contracts and employment references
• Revision of guidelines and presentations
• Carrying out various research activities for current international HR projects
• Support with regular processes such as talent management, annual remuneration processes, etc.
• Documentation of processes and guidelines

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of economics, social sciences or humanities or in a comparable course of study
• Interest in international cooperation
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English desirable
• Analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Initiative, independent and organised way of working
• Flexibility, creativity and sensitivity for intercultural cooperation
