For our headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Working Student (m/f/x) - EUCAN Oncology Strategy -
- Limited to 12 months, 20h per week -
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects Support & Planning Process
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and summaries for key stakeholders
- Help monitor timelines & deliverables in collaboration with project owners
- Support with optimal layout and development of impactful slide decks
- Support workshops, meetings, and reviews related to strategic planning activities
Business Operations & Coordination
- Support the organization and coordination of EUCAN OBD leadership meetings, workshops, and events
- Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up materials
- Support with coordination tasks such as booking appointments, meeting rooms, equipment, hotels, etc.
- Aid in follow-up activities such as surveys, participant feedback etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, calendar management, data entry, and maintaining project databases/distribution lists
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the development of internal and external presentations and communication materials for leadership and regional stakeholders.
Personal Skills and Professional Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field)
- First experience in strategy or project management areas in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project or collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Planner, SharePoint) is an asset
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
