Düsseldorf: Internship Project Management – Loctite Digital Initiatives

About this Position Join our Loctite Digital Initiatives team and gain hands-on experience in project management and process optimization within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
What youll do

• Structure, coordinate, and implement key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable new ways of working across global teams
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects within the Loctite Pulse portfolio
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of management tools and processes, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project updates, SteerCo meetings, and workshops
• Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business requirements and translate them into actionable next steps
• Participate in internal workshops and meetings, capturing key outcomes and following up on actions

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is currently enrolled in business administration, project management or a related field
• Strong interest in project coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English language, German is a plus
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of collaboration tools e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint is a plus
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment
• Availability as of March 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050 - 2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
