About this Position Shape the future of work at Henkel: Help us make Henkel one of the coolest places to work in Germany by contributing to internal engagement projects, career fairs and DEI initiatives.
What youll do
- Create social media magic by supporting local communication projects and developing creative, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
- Drive DEI topics end to end and help bring the latest Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics to life from initial planning through full execution
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, stay on top of trends, monitor competitor activities and contribute innovative ideas for employer branding and DEI
- Support the team with daily tasks and management requests to ensure projects run smoothly
- Student in business administration or a related field, ideally focusing on marketing, communication or HR
- Excellent German and English skills
- Advanced MS Office skills are required, as well as CapCut skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interest in employer branding, digital marketing and DEI
- Teamplayer who isn't afraid to speak your mind and is always ready with fresh ideas
- Availability as of March / April 2026, ideally for a duration of six months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
