WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You support our HR Business Partners in their day-to-day activities – from coordinating appointments to organising and following up on workshops and team sessions.

• You take an active role in projects within personnel and organisational development, such as contributing to the creation of modern career models.

• As part of our team, you help drive the development and rollout of processes and strategies for employee engagement and retention.

• You apply the knowledge from your studies to continuously improve our HR support and development processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are enrolled in a relevant degree programme such as Economics, HR Management or a comparable field.

• You are available as a working student for at least two semesters.

• You already have initial practical experience in HR – ideally gained through an internship or a previous working student position.

• You bring an open-minded, proactive attitude and work independently, reliably and with attention to detail.

• You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English on a business level.
