We develop AI agents for internal use that take real work off our employees' hands. To do this, we connect various systems (including SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk, M365/SharePoint/Teams, Confluence and internal applications).

Your tasks:

• Understanding use cases, evaluating/activating suitable Microsoft connectors, testing API access and configuring agents so that interfaces are addressed correctly and results are prepared in a usable form.

• Bring in your own ideas, identifying and documenting potential further enhancements.

• You will work independently on pragmatic POCs, document concisely and receive 2–4 hours of sparring per week.

• No prior knowledge of Copilot is necessary – curiosity, systematic thinking and basic API knowledge are more important.

Required criteria:

• Analytics & requirements gathering: Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical steps.

• API basics: HTTP/REST & JSON; know how to obtain data via API.

• Basic understanding of AI: how to use AI/agents sensibly and avoid errors/hallucinations.

• Working style & communication: independent, concise, well-structured documentation in German and English.

Desirable criteria:

• Microsoft world: SharePoint/Teams/Copilot terms, first steps with connectors.

• PHP basics (we integrate a lot with PHP) or general scripting.

• Security awareness: Security in data transmission and processing is an important part of our work and must be taken into account from the outset.

Tasks:

• Tailor use cases with specialist areas.

• Evaluate, activate and test Microsoft connectors/alternatives.

• Try out and document API access.

• Configure/test agents until interfaces are used correctly.

Quality expectations:

• Pragmatic & secure: test data, sensitive handling of tokens; comprehensible short documentation.

• Effectiveness before perfection: small POCs, fast learning loops.

Scope: 10–20 hours/week
