Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Retailer Education & Shopper Marketing
Location: Darmstadt | Start: End of March/April | Duration: 6 months | Full-time

YOUR ROLE WITH US
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Darmstadt, initially for a period of at least 6 months, in the areas of "Retailer Education Prestige" (80%) and "Shopper Marketing Prestige" (20%).
In this role, you will support the team for all brands in the Fragrances, Skin Care & Make-up category, such as Hugo Boss, Gucci, Burberry, Chloé, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Joop!, Davidoff, Jil Sander, Escada, Tiffany, and Lancaster. You will be introduced to your tasks step by step and fully integrated into Coty's daily operations.

YOUR TASKS
Support and creation of digital learning modules for fragrance, skincare, and makeup for the German-language Coty training website cotyluxuryexperts.com (training platform for retail sales consultants in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
Support in the area of continuous updating and monitoring of published digital website content
Support in the creation of digital contests, creation of text modules, image editing, scheduling of training dates, product distribution, and analysis of the digital training modules
Collaboration and coordination with digital agencies
Responsibility for the complete Prestige portfolio, reporting to the Senior Training Manager Prestige DACH
Intensive exchange and collaboration with the Retail Training Team
Shopper Marketing: Responsible for managing 360 marketing activities for selected prestige clients across the entire portfolio
Effective collaboration with the Brand, Sales, Category Growth, Media & Communications teams (Social Content, Advocacy & PRIM)
WHAT YOU BRING
You are studying Business Administration or a comparable field
You have initial practical experience in retail/shopper marketing, sales, or marketing
Your German and English skills, both written and spoken, are excellent
You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You have excellent communication skills and impress with your strong interpersonal abilities
You have an affinity for digital topics and experience using social media
In addition to your passion for beauty, you also possess a strong aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking skills
You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented work style You enjoy working in a team
