Your tasks:

• Documentation of complaints
• Creation of Excel reports and evaluations
• Data maintenance in the ERP system
• Follow-up on measures and open issues
• coordination with interfaces
• Simple assembly tasks

Your profile:

• Advanced studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar fields
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• good command of written and spoken English
