Reute: Mandatory internship in the field of manufacturing engineering

Winter Semester 2026/27 – Fixed term of 3–6 months

YOUR TASKS:

• Actively participate in improvement projects, e.g., the introduction of matrix production, and take responsibility for subprojects in Lean Production.
• Develop creative solutions to increase productivity and quality.
• Support the introduction of new products, e.g., by designing workstations, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Plan layouts using modern layout software and implement them practically on the shop floor.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Enrolled in a technical, business, or comparable field of study.
• Ideally, some initial experience with Lean Production, layout systems, and SAP PP.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enjoy hands-on work in production and demonstrate initiative.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Strong team and communication skills.
