Position Jung von Matt AG is looking for a german-speaking, committed apprentice in the field of office management with focus on people & culture (d/f/m) starting August 2024.
About you:

• You enjoy administrative work and ideally have gained initial experience through internships
• You have a basic understanding of economics and business administration as well as analytical and mathematical talent
• In addition, you are interested in the areas of people organization, assistance and reception
• You are open-minded towards others and distinguish yourself by your willingness to support
• All of this, coupled with team spirit, commitment and the unconditional will to learn from the best, guarantees you three great years of training at Jung von Matt

About your tasks:

• You take over general administrative tasks in personnel management such as scheduling, document management and data maintenance
• You will gain insight into recruiting by assisting with the selection and hiring of new employees, applicant management and interview coordination
• You support with internal and external communication in connection with personnel matters
• In addition, you can actively participate in people & culture projects and initiatives to continuously improve our people & culture processes
• During the three years of your apprenticeship, you will not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also learn how to master practical challenges for your future
