Düsseldorf: Internship Training Content Development

About this Position Become a team member of the Global Campus team, supporting to drive sales excellence with professional classroom training, digital training, and coaching interventions on a 6-month basis.
What youll do

• Lead end-to-end development of digital training starting from storyboard creation to animation development, video shooting, editing, localization and publishing
• Develop engaging design concepts, graphics and layouts to support global communication campaign related to the roll-out of the new sales enablement platform
• Support the Global Campus team in organizing and updating all materials used for the classroom training
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including program owners, regional teams, and external trainers to gather and update training contents
• Structure full training/facilitator toolboxes for each program

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled to a master program for marketing, graphic design, communication or similar degrees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German and other languages a plus
• Solid knowledge of video and animation formats, video editing tools and animation software 
• Digital native with experience in creating online visual concepts in an ad-hoc and interdisciplinary way 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Organizational skills to maintain and update training materials systematically
• Availability as of May 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
