What youll do

• Gain hands-on experience in brand management, portfolio strategy and product development, working closely with passionate experts from across Europe.
• Support innovation and relaunch projects for Color Catcher and Laundry Additives
• Take ownership of key marketing tasks and drive small projects independently
• Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to new product and packaging concept development
• Collaborate with international teams and external partners on day-to-day activities

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled student in business-related studies, ideally with a focus on marketing
• First practical or international experience, e.g., internship or semester abroad, is a plus
• Fluent in English, German or other languages are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with AI tools, e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
• Proactive, creative and open-minded personality with a drive to learn
• Availability as of September 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
