About this Position Conduct a Master’s thesis within the Printed Electronics team, focusing on pad printing technology for conductive materials.
What youll do
- Perform hands-on experimental work using a pad printing platform in a laboratory environment
- Optimize printing processes for existing conductive ink portfolios
- Support development and evaluation of next-generation conductive materials
- Design and execute structured experiments
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools such as Python
- Contribute to expanding pad printing capabilities and product offerings in the European market
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Product Development teams in an global environment
- Student currently enrolled in a Master's program in engeneering or a closely related field
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
- Willingness and availability to spend significant time in the laboratory, conducting hands‑on experimental work
- Basic understanding of statistical methods, including structured experimentation
- Familiarity with data analysis tools; experience with Python is considered an advantage
- General exposure to material characterization or printing/coating processes is beneficial
- High degree of independence, proactivity and ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional team environment
