Kassel: Working student Legal & Contract Management

Your Mission – What You Can Expect with Us:

• Coordination and execution of the DocuSign process, ensuring efficient contract handling
• Maintenance and support in the further development of contract templates in coordination with the relevant departments
• Support in the legal assessment of business transactions, with a focus on practical and commercially viable solutions
• Participation in the optimization of internal legal processes and workflows
• Support for the Legal Department with ad hoc legal questions in day-to-day business

Your Profile – What You Bring:

• Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable field of study
• Understanding of contract processes and document management
• Very good German and English language skills
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Initial practical experience in a legal environment or contract management is an advantage

Your Checklist:

• You are a student
• You are available for approximately 16 - 18 hours per week and can support us for at least 12 months (longer is welcome)
