Norderstedt: Working Student Sales Support Europe (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Support the Sales Support Europe team in day-to-day business activities.
• Assist in maintaining customer contracts, bonus agreements, and commercial conditions in dedicated systems.
• Help coordinate customer trainings and events.
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for sales and management.
• Support the administration of customer portals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of digitalization initiatives and AI-driven process improvements within the Sales Support organization.
  

What you will need

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Availability for a 3-months contract (18 hours weekly)
• Strong interest in Sales and Business Processes.
• Structured and independent way of working with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills. German skills are highly desirable.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
