Generative AI & Digital Customer Experience

Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Göttingen / Hybrid

At HBK, we are exploring how emerging AI technologies can create value for our customers and accelerate innovation across our software portfolio. We are looking for a motivated student intern to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled products and digital customer experiences within our Discom by HBK business.

Your Responsibilities

• Explore how Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can be integrated into Discom products and workflows.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes using modern AI technologies.
• Support the evolution of our digital customer hub.
• Improve content organization, customer journeys, feedback workflows, and self-service capabilities.

Your Profile

• Studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, software products, and digital customer experiences.
• Curious, analytical, and self-driven.
• Experience with software development, web technologies, AI tools, or UX design is a plus.
