Job Description
In the Business Process Management Office for Supply Chain Management, we design and realize business processes along the supply chain. (customer, production plant, vendor). As part of our international team, you will receive deep insights on related processes as well as project management tools and methods.
- During your internship you will support us in process visualization using the process modeling language BPML 2.0 as well as process modeling tools.
- You will prepare regular meetings and take minutes of various meetings.
- You will maintain the process activities in S4 Hana, MES systems, umbrella tools and Celonis.
- You will support the project management with the tool ServiceNow, Jira and PowerBI.
- Last but not least, you will maintain the documentation of the current process work for the target group in the business areas.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Mining, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); ideally some experience in the area of supply chain management and business digital transformation
- Personality and Working Practice: a communicative person, who is able to work independently and systematically
- Enthusiasm: interested in new tools and agile software development; enthusiastic about understanding and learning new things quickly; keen to change perspectives and find common ground
- Languages: fluent in English and German
