Profil:

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Immatrikulation in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang (Ein chemischer, biologischer, medizinischer oder pharmazeutischer Hintergrund ist von Vorteil)

• Räumliche Nähe zum Einsatzort Heidelberg (keine Remotearbeit)

• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen

• Bereitschaft für mindestens 12 Monate 15h/Woche zu arbeiten

Aufgabenbereiche:

• Überarbeitung von Produktionsdokumenten: Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Herstellanweisungen, Verfassen von Test-Protokollen

• Dokumentenarchivierung: Unterstützung bei der Archivierung von Produktionsdokumenten, Digitalisierung der Produktionsdokumente

• Unterstützung der Produktion:  Überprüfung der monatlichen Raum-Reinigungsprotokolle, auch im GMP-Umfeld, mit Nachverfolgung bei offenen Punkten und Ablage, sowie Ausgabe der Protokolle für den Folgemonat
