Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung beim Projektportfoliomanagement durch Erhebung von Statusberichten, Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und Organisation von Portfolio-Meetings.
• Unterstützung bei Harmonisierungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen durch Datenerhebung, -aufbereitung und -analyse
• Erstellung von Projekt- und Prozessdokumentationen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Handbüchern und Arbeitsanweisungen

Ihr Profil:

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (mit Vertiefung International Management, International Business) oder Kommunikation und Medienmanagement, Interkulturelles Management und Kommunikation, vorzugsweise mit Affinität zu Accounting
• sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
• SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung
• sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Talent, Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten, Fakten
• prozess- und technologieorientiert
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Präsentationstechniken
