About this Position
What youll do

• Support development and execution of eCRM strategy across markets of Henkel Consumer Brands eCRM Europe
• Take responsibility in implementing the eCRM strategy end-to-end across diverse areas such as brand activation, content and SEO, marketing automation and consumer segmentation
• Identify opportunities to improve the eCRM performance by understanding consumer behaviour across touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with countries, partners, data analysts and brand teams to implement successful consumer-centric journeys
• Stay current with trends around eCRM, content & SEO strategy, first party data and personalization to help drive innovation

• Student currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in international business or economics with focus on marketing
• First experiences in the field of eCRM, direct marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing or communications
• Fluent English language skills required; knowledge in additional european languages is beneficial
• Analytical and good self-organization skills to handle projects independently
• Highly digital affinity combined with proactive attitude
• Availability as of July 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
