Founded in 2017 by start-up entrepreneurs Adrien Roose, Karim Slaoui and Tanguy Goretti, Cowboy is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The world’s most connected electric bike for urban riders continues to transform the bike and mobility industries — from point of sale to point of service. The role
We’re looking for some ambitious students to join us as Sales Experts (m/f/x) and become ambassadors for Cowboy in our Berlin Brand Store. This could be either a full-time or part-time opportunity based on your schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a magical journey for our customers making an immediate connection, radiating your passion for the bike and its role in tackling the urban mobility challenges. You will gain an in-depth expertise of the bike and its fit in the market and be able to communicate this clearly to customers in both German & English.
Cowboy is about ‘customer obsession’, creating a seamless customer experience, being close to our riders from the moment of discovery, to the moment where a problem arises, and when we want to be close to solve it. Building a new way to move in your city we aim to reinvent customer relations through mobile service, automation, predictive maintenance whilst building long-term partnerships with our customers on trust and care.
What you’ll be doing
- Be a trusted, passionate expert on all Cowboy products, advising customers and answering all product-related questions to enhance their buying experience. Ensure customers receive top-tier service.
- Maximise sales opportunities in our brand store by actively driving and managing your sales activities, developing strong business for Cowboy.
- Plan and schedule Test Rides and meetings with potential customers or groups of customers to generate sales leads.
- Host Test Rides with confidence, showcasing the bike’s features and benefits, and following up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and awareness within the retail space, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensure the shop floor is consistently well-presented, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- You have a passion for human interactions, customer experience, and being part of a community.
- You get excited about meeting new customers and closing new business for the brand.
- You have a clear passion for bikes and/or urban mobility.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
