During this time, Neon has significantly contributed to cost savings and operational efficiency. However, with the recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), we aim to upgrade Neon to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
Write Training Data for Chatbot Models:
Create and curate high-quality training data sets to improve chatbot model performance.
Ensure training data is diverse, comprehensive, and accurately reflects user queries and interactions.
Manage and continuously improve training data to optimise AI model performance.
Develop New Dialogs for Users:
Design and write engaging and contextually appropriate dialogs for various use cases.
Tailor dialog content to meet specific user needs and scenarios.
Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure dialogs align with overall user experience goals.
Gain an Understanding of Current Chatbot Performance:
Analyse current chatbot performance metrics and user interactions.
Regularly identify and share areas for improvement in the chatbot experience.
Train and test models, independently addressing and resolving key issues.
Build Technical Proficiency:
Develop a solid understanding of our chatbot training and testing setup.
Work with the team to identify and propose enhancements for the chatbot's performance and user experience.
Requirements:

User-Centric Attitude:
A strong focus on understanding and meeting user needs and expectations.
Ability to empathise with users and anticipate their interactions with the chatbot.

Analytical Mindset:
Interest in data analysis; some experience with data analysis is preferred.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Interest in Technical Matters:
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, NLP and chatbot technologies.
Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field.

Current Academic Pursuit:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at a German university or university of applied sciences.

Language Requirements:
Written & spoken German (C1 level) is a must. French, Spanish & Italian language skills are an advantage.
