About this role
As Working Student, you will support the development of new diodes and rectifiers. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia’s product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.
What you will do
- Electrical characterization of semiconductor wafers and final products (small signal and medium power
- Measurements of Surge-, ESD- and switching times in our laboratory
- Automation of laboratory equipment
- Evaluation of trials, data analysis and presentation of results
- Investigations of competitor products
What you will need
- Student of Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Preferred skills: Semiconductor technology, electrical measurement techniques, hardware automation, programming skills for lab automation, data analysis, SPICE
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and with colleagues
- Resilience
- Fluent in German and English, written and verbal

- Temporary contract with extension option
- Weekly working hours: max. 18 hours / week
- 18,40 per hour
- Location: Hamburg
