Tasks

As part of the newly established Data & Analytics team, you will actively contribute to the sustainable design and further development of the LAT Group's data infrastructure.

• Support in the development, maintenance and further development of data products - from interactive dashboards to AI-based solutions
• Contributing to the design and documentation of ETL pipelines in Databricks
• Analyzing data and deriving insights to support informed business decisions
• Working closely with business departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes and maintenance of project management tools (e.g. Jira) to support transparent and efficient collaboration within the team

Requirements

Do you have very good analytical skills, show a high degree of initiative and want to actively help shape processes in a multicultural environment? Then we are looking for you as soon as possible!

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, statistics or comparable
• Experience in using analytics and BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) and an interest in data-driven issues

• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills
