Über die Stelle

Du möchtest während Deines Studiums praktische Erfahrung im Event Management und Webinars sammeln und dabei internationale Veranstaltungsformate kennenlernen? In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du das Event‑Team von QIAGEN bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Präsenz‑, virtuellen und hybriden Events und Webinars. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern zusammen und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein. Dabei erhältst Du tiefe Einblicke in globale Eventprozesse und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch weiter.  

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten:

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events vor Ort, virtuell und hybrid
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung kreativer und zielgruppengerechter Veranstaltungskonzepte
• Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen interner Stakeholder sowie externer Dienstleister
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der operativen Umsetzung unterschiedlicher Eventformate
• Koordination von Abläufen, Timings und Teilnehmerlisten
• Unterstützung bei der Nachbereitung von Events (z. B. Feedback, Dokumentation)
• Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Eventbereich
•  Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Webinars

Dein Profil:

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Event‑, Projekt‑ oder Kommunikationsmanagement
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Event-Webinar Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail
• Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Aufgaben eigenständig voranzutreiben
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Digitales Mindset und Technisches Interesse an digital Tools für Event Management und Webinars (z:B: ON24, Bizzabo, Go to Webinar)
