Start your career as a working student (m/f/d) or an intern (m/f/d) in Category Management at Mister Spex!

Are you organized, data-driven, and eager to learn? Support our Category Management Team in designing and implementing product and assortment strategies for our retail stores. You will select ideal product assortments, ensure smooth supply processes, and tackle analytical challenges. Your contribution will directly impact the performance of over 60 stores.

How you contribute

• You are responsible for selecting the right products for our retail stores to optimally position our assortment 

• You implement and monitor assortment changes to ensure we always offer the best products and continuously improve our assortment processes to increase efficiency and quality 

• Another important aspect of your role is conducting data-driven analyses for informed decision-making - You analyze store performance and identify improvement potentials to continuously enhance our performance 

• Regular coordination with stakeholders at the Berlin headquarters and the retail organization is also part of your duties to ensure smooth collaboration ​

What you bring

• You are enrolled in any field of study, ideally with an economic background 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are your strengths 

• You have excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel 

• Part of your strengths is collaborating with various stakeholders and coordinating their interests 

• You are an organizational talent and maintain an overview even in stressful situations 

• Learning ability, willingness to learn, communication skills, and curiosity are among your characteristics 

• First experiences in retail and/or the optics industry are advantageous 

• You speak both English and German, with at least one language at C1 level
