QBXNet is a startup incubator from Switzerland with its main business office located in Berlin, Germany. We collaborate closely with our entrepreneurial clients to make exploratory and exciting projects in web, mobile and AR/VR happen. Our goal is to provide a platform to implement business ideas fastly and with exceptional quality.

Four our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for an intern who will be involved in a variety of business processes. As such, we are looking for someone who possesses competencies across an extensive breadth of business-related subjects. You will work alongside our senior management and help the business grow by assisting in the acquisition new projects, enhancing company sales, and providing support in the management of existing projects. As you will be balancing different responsibilities, you will need to possess the ability to think in big-picture terms while having a great eye for detail.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of existing client projects
  Providing support in the acquisition of new projects through the QBX network and potentially leveraging your own network to bring new projects to the firm
  Communication with our development team in Lahore, Pakistan to communicate client wishes and requirements of current projects to our developers
  Potential for involvement in a variety of activities ranging from public relations to human resources
  

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• 6 months + of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications

Your Profile

• Currently doing or already obtained a Bachelor/Master of Science/Arts in business administration (or equivalent)
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Innovative, creative
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
• Personal commitment to quality, attention to detail
