We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a leading international aerospace company, we develop, manufacture and test essential components for launcher programs such as Ariane, the U.S. Space Launch System (SLS) as well as commercial launcher systems, the Airbus fleet, spacecrafts, satellites and defense applications. Space. Far away for most - soon very close for you. Become part of an industry of visionaries and pioneers and make a valuable contribution as a Student intern in the Materials & Processes department (m/f/d) to help the European launcher Ariane and other international launchers take off.

Your Tasks

• You will support development projects in the Materials & Processes department (metals/composites).
• You will work on the analysis, documentation and optimisation of existing processes, e.g. in the testing laboratory.
• You will contribute to the digitalisation of workflows and data structures.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• You will assist with test series as well as data collection and analysis.
• You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams such as Development, Production and IT.

Your Qualifications

• Currently studying materials science, materials engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject
• Interest in development work and digital solutions
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and programming is an advantage
• Structured and independent working style
• Good MS Office skills, ideally also experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Minitab or similar applications
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and a strong willingness to learn
