What you'll do
Working with SAP the Central Research Services (CRS) is all around supporting collaborative research projects with academia and industry. Your tasks will focus around:
- Taking over operational support for publicly funded research projects
- Participating in and providing project support for cross-departmental projects
- Collaborating with national and international colleagues as a fully integrated team member
- Independently resolving complex project related issues and handle specific topics and ad-hoc tasks on demand
- Actively support internal and external project-related correspondence and communication with cooperation partners and public authorities
- Gain comprehensive insights into project management interacting with various areas of SAP
- Maintaining and administrating data relevant to research projects in the respective tools
- Supporting the team with routine tasks (e.g. order of office supplies, arrange meetings, monitor purchase orders, maintain distribution lists and inventory)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied sciences; preferred candidates are Bachelor students of lower semesters
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Reliable, pro-active, open-minded and diligent
- Very structured, self-directed, and hands-on working style with excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of independence
- Affinity to drive operation/administration processes from end-to-end
- Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
Meet your team
Being part of SAP University Alliances the SAP Central Research Services (CRS) Team supports collaborative research and innovation projects with academic and industrial partners in publicly funded projects or as contractual research.
The successful applicant (f/m/d) will gain vast experience in the day-to-day operations of the CRS Team all around project management and project administration.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
