For our Engineering Team based at our HQ in Berlin, we are looking for a Working Student for Technical Support.
This role is only for someone enrolled in a University in Berlin and living here.
Your tasks:
- Providing first-line support (in English and German) for internal enquiries on technical and product issues, solving yourself where possible but otherwise ensuring the problem is escalated to the right person or team
- Identifying the right questions to ask, making sure that the relevant information is captured with the request, and further assisting product managers by creating support tickets
- Helping to shape and refine the tech support process by documenting common problems and solutions and creating/maintaining training material
- Creating a monthly report with insights into support cases
- Conducting manual testing of our products, capturing and escalating any bugs found, whilst also helping to develop manual testing scripts.
Your profile
- Enrolled full-time student in Berlin for at least one more year, studying business informatics, computer science or a comparable course.
- You speak fluent German and English (C1) for direct communication with stakeholders and internal customers
- Capable of working independently with a structured approach, and able to familiarize yourself effectively with our business model and product line
- Ability to quickly understand technical contexts and identify optimisation potentials in both our product and our processes
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable presenting to a range of audiences, both technical and non-technical
- You have strong writing skills to produce meaningful training texts
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a support role, ideally working with product teams
- Familiarity with web technologies and agile methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- An interest in the automotive industry
