The IT Support Team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all internal IT-related processes. Reporting directly to the IT Support Team Lead, you will help solve the IT issues that Awin's employees may encounter while ensuring effective and customer-focused service. As a Working Student in Internal IT (f/m/d), you will be expanding our 4-member team, contributing your expertise, and putting your theoretical knowledge into practice.
Key Tasks
- Monitoring incoming requests and providing 1st line support and information as needed
- Ensuring that all support requests are assigned and resolved in a timely manner and within the team's SLAs
- Resolving software and hardware issues encountered by users
- Preparing PCs for new employees and removing company data from the hardware of departing employees
- Providing in-person IT Support in our Berlin office in workspace IT areas like printing, use of the meeting equipment, and wireless connectivity
- Enrolled student in a relevant field for at least one more year; previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus
- Attention to detail and adherence to attendance and time-keeping standards, paired with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Mac OS and OS X, as well as experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra is beneficial
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in other languages, especially German, is a plus
