As A Marketing Intern you will design and drive market research and corresponding strategy in support of business outcomes and impact. You will also drive Microsoft's business objectives through integrated marketing campaigns aligned to globally defined priorities, strategies, and programs. Develop local marketing plans that drive customer demand based on global program availability, functional expertise, and local market knowledge and insights. Ensure marketing plan execution upholds global strategic guidance, regulatory and compliance standards and Microsoft Accessibility and Privacy principles.

Minimum Qulifications
- Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Business Administration, Business, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).
- Legally authorized to work in Germany (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in German
- Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience including other intern

- Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. Coordinate with local teams, including Program Marketing Managers (PMMs), Sales, Communications, Finance, and Business Operations to establish the appropriate marketing plan, with guidance from others on their team.
- Contribute to the delivery of the marketing plan. Contribute to reports and analysis of customer metrics. Assists with the creation of reports and analyses of customer metrics to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement by collaborating with engine owners.
- Read and interprets marketing performance and marketing spend reports, using analytical knowledge to extract insights from data. Interpret business implications of results and reports findings to stakeholders.
- Assist with orchestrating and completing work needed across local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings. Track marketing-related spending against planned estimates. Ensure event or campaign delivery is consistent with marketing plan.
- Support team members working with stakeholders to clarify the information and intelligence needed to answer specific business problems.
