We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern/working student to join our Group Underwriting and Pricing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in various projects and daily business activities. The projects will cover a wide range of areas including business steering, preparation for internal and senior management meetings, project management office (PMO) tasks, and communication with various internal stakeholders.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment. You will be close to both business and various functions and have excellent exposure internally and externally.

Key responsibilities
- Actively participate in projects/ initiatives as directed by the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) requiring project management skills and analysis.
- Actively support the CUO in close coordination with the rest of the management team, in monitoring the key KPIs of the Group Underwriting and Pricing department
- Draw attention / alert the CUO to the priority changes, upcoming topics, potential delays.
- Provide effective support to the CUO in preparing high quality documents (internal and external presentations, briefings, material for senior management meetings, etc.)
- Engaging in effective communication with different internal stakeholders to align on priorities / strategic topics and foster team exchanges
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business administration, project management, economics, or related fields)
- You will be someone who is extremely structured, have an organized approach towards work with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of the Insurance and/ or Assistance business
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills, having a strong ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Good level of French and German would be a plus.
