What you’ll do
In your role as security awareness and enablement working student you will support the security awareness and enablement team with daily work, managing administrative tasks as well as assisting with projects. Your tasks include
- Work alongside other Learning Experience Designers to create innovative learning experiences for security and compliance learners, within the learning design process
- Career-focus dependent: Create learning assets – text, images, videos, animations, interactions
- Career-focus dependent: Contribute to the UX of user-friendly and accessible learning interfaces, ensuring a seamless learner experience
- Career-focus dependent: Create and manage project documentation – roadmaps, needs analysis, storyboards, video scripts, learner personas
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in (or completed within the last 6 months) a graduate or post-graduate program with a focus on instructional design, UX, education, media
- Experience with common business applications such as e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, media production tools
- Comfortable working in a remote and international team
- English (fluent) and German (desirable)

SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance’s mission is to manage security and compliance risks for SAP. We do this by reinforcing a security and compliance-first culture, by aligning people, processes and technology to protect customer business operations, the company and its employees.
The Security Awareness & Enablement unit engages, educates and enables security and compliance across SAP. As much as we’re ensuring SAP compliance on the awareness and training aspect, our mission strives to raise security mindset, engage the workforce and support behavioral changes with a stronger security culture.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
