Your mission:
As a working student in NEPOS Project Management (Next End-to-End Process Operating System), you will be actively involved in the design and optimization of our development processes. You will work closely with our project team and contribute your creativity and ideas to refine methods and model processes.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
- Actively supporting the project team in process and method development
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress with regard to end-to-end process development
- Independent management and realization of sub-projects within the overall project
- Supporting the development and implementation of a reporting and action controlling system to manage projects in RD & PS (Research & Development & Product Strategy & Control)
- Contributing to the development and preparation of briefing documents for decision-makers
- Degree in computer science, business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Experienced with MS Office
- Structured way of working and enthusiasm for complex tasks
- Strong teamwork skills, strong communication skills, creativity and perseverance
- Ideally initial experience in project and quality management
