What we offer
We are seeking a Trainee in Fulfillment- Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Trainee, you will be fully integrated into the Sales-Fulfillment team and will be responsible for supporting our international customer service team, global customers, and multiple departments within ST.
During the 2-year trainee program, you will learn, grow, and take ownership in supporting challenging and business focused tasks. Our ST trainee program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience across multiple departments and domains you are interested in within our site in Germany. You will have the chance to shape your path and work with multiple customers or across other teams within our international Sales & Marketing teams.
Your first assignment will start with the Sales- Fulfillment team, where you will have the opportunity to influence ST's internal and external reputation as a technology leader by working with a variety of different stakeholders from different backgrounds, expertise, cultures, and countries.
Main deliverables and experiences gained are:
· Act as an interface between assigned customers belonging to the automotive market and STMicroelectronics.
· Collaborate effectively with sales, product divisions, logistics, quality & accounting.
· Offer complete services within supply chain related processes to customers including but not limited to customers’ order book with or w/o consignment and its management such as order entries, order changes, cancellation requests and deliveries, including follow up of orders and returns.
· Monitor and deliver the correct product at the right price, the correct quantity at the right place and the target date, with the lowest possible costs considering internal resources such as capacity, stock, etc. to efficiently balance customer needs with company interests.
· Contribute to the development of business models along with customers with a focus on the optimization or automation of internal and external supply chain processes.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Prior experience in customer service and supply chain (system knowledge) including logistics, planning, consignment, and EDI.
- Results-driven approach, strong analytical, organizing and planning skills.
- Computer skills and the daily use of Microsoft Office 365 are a prerequisite, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Very good written and oral communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Independent, reliable, and relish working collaboratively with others.
- Passion for high-tech topics
- Highly flexible and can work effectively in high stress situations.
- Can cooperate successfully and work well with international teams.
- Love to learn and have the courage to develop as a person.
- Ability to work in an international & intercultural environment.
