Your Role
During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you – your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your career @ ZEISS.
Possible tasks within the program:
Support the Treasury Operations processes such as payments, cash application and cash flow planning
Contribute to the implementation project of the new SAP S/4 ERP system in terms of banking and payments and gain experience in driving a project to success
Take part in developing and implementing digital payment solutions and make an idea become reality
Be part of an international cash management project such as selecting a regional bank or implementing a cash pooling structure
Select and implement a software solution for a dedicated treasury process
Conduct reviews of treasury processes and bring them to a new level
Your Profile
University degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or other business-focused areas, ideally combined with strong IT-skills
First practical experience gained, for example, in an internship or working student job
Profound experience in common MS Office applications, experience in SAP would be helpful
Very good analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for numbers
You strive for excellence, and like working in international teams
You are motivated to overcome demanding project tasks
Curiosity for digital topics
Reliable team player with well-advanced communication skills
International mobility during the program and also in the future course of professional development
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
