Graduate Business Analyst – Germany (m/f/d)
To strengthen our Insight to Impact Team, we are looking for a talented individual to support us as Graduate Business Analyst (m/f/d), based in our hub in Monheim, Germany
About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will work as a dedicated analyst in close collaboration with the I2I team, as well as Immunology and Neurology stakeholders. You will closely collaborate with the Franchise Teams of Immunology, Epilepsy, and Rare Diseases to develop a deep understanding of specific sub-populations in the market. Your role will involve gaining insights to guide Franchise teams in improving outcomes and experiences for these patient groups. This will entail working closely with the I2I Area Lead, Franchise Heads, Ecosystem Leads, and Solution Leads to implement strategic initiatives across patient ecosystems.
What you’ll do
- Analytics business partnership: enrich decision-making processes through analytics and insight generation for local business stakeholders from Medical, Access and Commercial. This in areas of Performance management, Launch preparation, Campaign Analytics, Data Strategy etc.
- Provide analytics & insights through connecting and analyzing different data sources (sales, activity, market research, financials, field insights, etc.)
- Support the performance management and business review meetings with analytics and insights, while driving the adoption of our centrally managed analytics solutions (Qlik)
- Contributing to the implementation of a wide range of initiatives related to optimizing G2M strategies, including targeting, segmentation, field-force optimization and campaign analytics
- Supports articulation and implementation of the local data strategy in conjoint with the European team ensuring the analytics data strategy remains in tune with business needs enabling optimal insight creation

- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Economics, Finance, or a related Medical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactively takes responsibility and accountability, fosters a cooperative and collaborative work environment • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and curious
- Fluent in German; Very good English language skills
