This is your new job:
- Set up ESD Protection Device models according to defined working procedure (RF-SPICE-, System/Application Models)
- Continue maintenance of model data und simulation results (in Folders/Database/SharePoint)
- Improvement/Automatization of existing model template and working procedure
- Drive alignment between product application, product development and product marketing teams
- Execution of characterization measurements for models (S-Parameter, Diode-IV, TLP & ESD Gun measurement environment)
This is you:
- Student in electrical engineering, physics or similar engineering field
- Basic knowledge in schematic simulation: ADS, LTSpice/Hspice
- Some knowledge Software Programming: Python, VBA, C
- Nice to have: 3D EM simulation would be beneficial (e.g. CST)
- Nice to have: Some knowledge of analog semiconductor functionality
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of passive RLC-Filters up to 20 GHz or higher
- First measurement experience
- Curiosity to look beyond boundaries
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and German
- Furthermore, you are a team player and eager to learn
