In order to anchor this in the long term, we are constantly driving forward the further development of internal quality processes and sensors.

Our Customer Quality Sales and Aftersales team, as part of the Quality Management / Customer Product Process Experience department, works with partners in specialist areas (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Product Management) and markets along the value chain to make customer wishes and needs tangible in retail.
We offer an exciting internship where you can contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience and long-term brand loyalty. As part of our team, you will focus on increasing customer satisfaction, quality targets measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Problems Per Hundred (PPH).
The establishment and coordination of quality processes, the identification of global, market and product-specific fields of action and the provision of data-driven insights play a decisive role. Using our sensors, you will play a decisive role in the concept development of our customer channels and in the management of relevant explanatory content as part of our content strategy.
We offer you a wide range of development opportunities through independent, cross-functional and international collaboration.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
- Project coordination or independent assumption of sub-projects and tasks in day-to-day business
- Support in the conception, evaluation and further development of new sales formats
- Managing the explanatory content in our customer channels (vehicle handover, web and future in-car applications) on the basis of customer feedback
- Development of questionnaires and interview guidelines
- Creation of presentations, analyses and reports
- Insight into development concepts for our vehicles

Qualifikationen- Studies in the field of economics, marketing, industrial engineering, communication, business informatics or a comparable course of study
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Interest in new vehicle technologies and content management
- Ability to work in a team and a high level of self-motivation
- Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
- Creativity and a high affinity for digital media
